hi, i'm

Harshit

a full-stack dev who ships web apps, builds AI tools that actually do stuff, and writes about the messy parts.

Most days I'm shipping full-stack apps or wiring up LLM features. Sometimes I disappear into C++ for fun. I take notes in public so you don't have to repeat my mistakes. I care about speed, taste, and software that respects your time.

Selected Work

A few things I've built that I'm still (mostly) proud of.

ObfusGuard

2025

A single-header C++ library that makes compiled binaries harder to reverse engineer — control-flow manipulation, function wrapping, anti-static-analysis tricks. MIT licensed, drop-in include.

  • #c++
  • #obfuscation
  • #anti-reverse-engineering

PinterestVideoDownloader

2023

A Python CLI that pulls videos out of Pinterest without the official API. Handles the auth dance, rate limits, and the constant format-churn that breaks most Pinterest scrapers every few months.

  • #python
  • #scraper
  • #cli

SepsisNet XAI

2026

An explainable-AI pipeline for early sepsis detection from ICU time-series data. Combines a deep model with attention-based explanations so clinicians can see why the model flagged a patient.

  • #python
  • #pytorch
  • #machine-learning

What I Do

A few ways I can help — pick whichever sounds like your problem.

Full-stack web apps

End-to-end web products, from React frontends to the database. Shipped in weeks, not quarters — solo, no agency middleman.

App security & anti-reverse engineering

C++ obfuscation, anti-tamper, anti-debug, packing. If your binary is your moat, I'll make it harder to clone.

Script & low-level obfuscation

JavaScript, TypeScript, Lua, Python — anything that runs in a browser or interpreter. Source unreadable, runtime behavior identical.

Code review & consulting

Architecture audits, second opinions, or pair sessions when your team is stuck. One call usually beats a week of guessing.

Performance optimization & profiling

Found the bottleneck nobody else could. I profile, fix, and benchmark until the numbers actually move.

Gen AI products & smart automation

LLM-powered features, RAG pipelines, agent workflows, the boring glue around them. Production, not demos.

not sure which one fits? just ask ~

About

Hey! I'm Harshit — a full-stack dev who builds web apps for real users and tinker with LLM features on the side. Sometimes I disappear into C++ to break my own binaries on purpose. I care about shipping fast, learning in public, and giving back to the open-source communities I lean on.

Lately I've been living in two worlds: shipping full-stack products that have to work in production, and wiring up Gen AI features that have to actually be useful. The boring parts matter most to me — clean APIs, fast feedback loops, type safety, code my future self can actually read.

Outside of work I'm usually reading, writing, or poking at something new — lately that's meant C++ obfuscators and anti-reverse-engineering tooling, because someone has to. Open source has given me a career; I try to send PRs back whenever I can.

Things I work with

  • C++
  • C
  • TypeScript
  • JavaScript
  • Python
  • Rust
  • Go

Common questions

Tap a question to expand the answer.

Who is Harshit Katheria?

I'm a full-stack developer who builds web apps for real users, wires up AI features that have to actually work, and dabbles in C++ obfuscation on weekends for fun. Solo operator, fast turnaround, I take notes in public.

What services does Harshit offer?

Six things, mostly: full-stack web apps, C++ app security and anti-reverse engineering, script and low-level obfuscation, code review and consulting, performance optimization, and Gen AI products with smart automation. If your problem doesn't fit one of these, ask anyway.

How fast does Harshit ship?

Weeks, not quarters. I'm solo, which means no agency middleman, no project manager translating your Slack message into three internal meetings. Most full-stack MVPs land in 2-6 weeks depending on scope. Bigger stuff is a conversation.

Where is Harshit based?

India, working remote with clients mostly in the US and EU. I'm flexible on timezone overlap — most weeks that means 4-6 hours of synchronous time, plenty for shipping work that doesn't need a meeting.

How can I contact Harshit?

Best: the form on this page — it lands in my inbox and I'll write back within a day or two. You can also email harshitkatheriaofficial@gmail.com, or find me on GitHub (UxHarshit) or LinkedIn (harshit-katheria). I read everything.
